categories

In 2019 the awards consisted of seven broad categories, allowing both managed service providers (MSPs) and vendors to receive recognition for their work in the managed services sector.

For the 2021 edition of the awards, we have removed categories and added others.

Due to the pandemic, and the cancellation of last year’s awards, The Managed Service 2021 Awards will consider nominations over a longer lead time.

All project nominations must have gone live between January 2019 and May 2021.

For awards such Most Innovate MSP or MSSP and/or CEO of the Year, nominations must focus on work completed between January 2020 May 2021 only.

For Best New MSP, the nomination must cover the time period January 2020 and May 2021. The MSP must be operational for at least six months.
